Endodontic Retreatment: Case #1 – Silver point root canal that was performed 30 years earlier.
Problem recurrent infection with swelling due to the original root canal did not reach the bottom of the canal. The root canal was retreated and all canals were located, cleaned and medicated with CaOH. The root canal was sealed with gutta percha and the general dentist completed the treatment with a post and core and a new crown. She responded well to treatment.
