Implants: Case #8

Patient presented with a sinus tract, the radiograph showed apical resorption on distal root. The tooth was extracted and the mesial root socket was grafted allowed to heal for 4 months and a Straumann tissue level implant was placed. 8 weeks later the crown was placed.
