CBCT Diagnosis: Case #12

This patient was a retired endodontist and had his tooth treated by a board eligible endodontist. He had persistent low grade pain to heat and pressure. The original treating endodontist re-examined the patient and said all is fine and refused to retreat the tooth. The patient self referred himself to our office for a second opinion. The CBCT clearly shows a missed MB2 canal and was treated by our office. The patient was free of symptoms after the next day.
