Implants: Case #3

Patient presented with pain to biting, a fracture of upper 2nd bicuspid was noted to be non-restorable. The tooth was extracted and the bone defect was repaired with a bone graft. An implant was placed after a period of healing and a temporary was placed at the same time as the implant surgery.
