Implants: Case #9

Patient was referred for endodontic retreatment of #2 and #3, both teeth were fractured. The patient’s dentist extracted and grafted the future implant sites and he returned 12 months later for implant placement. Two Straumann tissue level implants were placed and allowed to integrate for 12 weeks. He returned for abutment placement and had his crowns placed 4 weeks later. The patient is happy he is able to have the use of his right side again.
