Resorption Repair: Case #5

Case #5 patient was referred to our office for an evaluation and second opinion for a resorbtive defect on tooth # 29. The patient did not want to have her tooth removed. After our evaluation and CBCT imaging of the problem area there was a possibility that resorbtion repair might be possible. Our patient knew that this procedure may not work due to the size of the affected area. The final images are a two year follow up x-ray and photograph. The tissue response has been excellent and there is no pocketing greater that 2-3 mm in depth with no bleeding. Or signs of infection.
