Patient was referred for retreatment of a silver point root canal. Upon retreatment a cracked tooth was noted. Extraction was recommended. The tooth was sectioned; the roots were used as a guide to place a Straumann implant immediately after the extraction. The patient healed quickly and without any complications.

Patient was referred for endodontic consultation and re-cementation of her bridge. This is the patients’ third bridge in 10 years. It had been recommended that the teeth be replaced with dental implants. Three implants were placed, allowed to integrate and then restored with three single unit crowns.

Cracked tooth removed and immediate implant placement; Straumann bone level implant. Total treatment time from implant placement to abutment to crown placement 3 months.

Patient presented with a sinus tract, the radiograph showed apical resorption on distal root. The tooth was extracted and the mesial root socket was grafted allowed to heal for 4 months and a Straumann tissue level implant was placed. 8 weeks later the crown was placed.
